In her latest national TV interview, Fatbardha Rino clarified that Jet Bank operates under a modern governance structure where shareholders have a purely investment role, while operational decision-making lies entirely with the executive team approved by regulators.
The structure is designed in line with good governance standards and the “fit & proper” regulatory framework.
She emphasized that capital is fully documented and verified under Law No. 9662 and banking licensing regulations, while any claims regarding lack of integrity are not supported by any official facts or regulatory findings.
She also highlighted that the clear separation between investors and executives is a key principle of modern banking, ensuring operational independence and protecting customer interests at every level of decision-making.
