The denouncement of a borrower has revealed revealed BKT and BSH, which allegedly co-operated in order to avoid tax-profit.

According to the decision, the court after listening to the claims of the parties came to a complete conclusion, based on all evidence in the criminal proceedings No. 5864 of 2015 during the main trial that the search for Olsi A. is fair and based on evidence, in law and as such should be accepted. According to him, these persons are employees at the Bank of Albania, BKT, the Commissioner for the Protection of Personal and Information Data and public notary. We recall that Turan San, Fatih Karli, Bulent Kasaci and Seyhan Pencapligli are the senior leaders of BKT. Meanwhile, Altin Naqe is a legal director at the Bank of Albania, while others are employees of BSH, or BKT, as well as notaries.
