The Immovable Property Registration Office has started verifying the assets of 775 judges and prosecutors, while the latter are continuing to declare immovable property. Blitz.al has a preliminary list divided into four sections with the names of judges and prosecutors already on the mortgage checklist.
Although this control had to start when their declaration was completed, the real estate registration office accelerated procedures so that the process would not be delayed and completed as soon as possible. It is also intended to avoid changes in ownership by judges and prosecutors.
These lists also include the names of the family members of judges and prosecutors, in order to assess how much property the people of justice own on behalf of their family members. The list includes the entire dome of justice: Chief Adriatic Llalla and his family, heads of major courts, such as Sanders Simon, Xhezair Zaganjori, Gerti Hoxha, members of the KLD, and the family of former governor Ardian Fullani, after his wife, Arjana Fullani, is a member of the Supreme Court. At the end of the probate, the mortgage will come up with a complete register of judges and prosecutors’ properties.
