The Immovable Property Registration Office has started verifying the assets of 775 judges and prosecutors, while the latter are continuing to declare immovable property. Blitz.al has a preliminary list divided into four sections with the names of judges and prosecutors already on the mortgage checklist.
Although this control had to start when their declaration was completed, the real estate registration office accelerated procedures so that the process would not be delayed and completed as soon as possible. It is also intended to avoid changes in ownership by judges and prosecutors.
These lists also include the names of the family members of judges and prosecutors, in order to assess how much property the people of justice own on behalf of their family members.
