Former Socialist Movement for Integration MP Endrit Braimllari, present in the Opinion column in News 24, has made strong accusations against the KQZ following the latter’s failure to hold a meeting that was announced yesterday and had in the agenda “consideration of the opposition’s request to start the procedures for the October 13 elections”, a date set by the President of the Republic, Ilir Meta.
He said the KQZ had violated the law by reminding that members who did not attend yesterday’s meeting would bear legal responsibility. According to him, local elections for Albanians are scheduled for October 13 and the KQZ should prepare the ground for Albanians to choose alternatives according to democratic cleansing.
“Edi Rama is the killer of free elections. The elections are on October 13 and the KQZ cannot consider the decree of the President of the Republic. The KQZ should start the procedures for organizing elections, which will be free elections. On June 30, there were no elections but voting to elect their own rebels. Edi Rama attempted to return to Albania the monist system, but 85% of Albanians rejected it. Edi Rama’s model is: destroy and usurp the institutions. There is no debate in the municipal councils anymore. KQZ members have violated the law and will be held accountable, ”said Braimllari.
