The investigative file to 9 former Kavaja officials who have distributed through forging around 350,000 m2 on the Spillë coast contains funny and profitable “wonders” for the organizers.

The situation becomes even more absurd when the declarant R.K. explains his health condition and why he thinks that the whole scheme is a trick: “I want to explain that since 2009 I am totally paralyzed in both directions and barely walked. Another person, S.T., has declared before the prosecutors a property forging scheme at Spille. All this land surface, which resulted in documents on behalf of the citizen S.T., was sold to several other persons.
