The “Renaissance” is very simple to force administration employees to appear in the June 30th mono-party vote in an attempt to legitimize strongly contested controversy by the opposition and the President of the Republic.
Any one of the central government officials and those parts of the local government administered by the Socialist Party has already taken the final ruling to vote for themselves and together with family members who have reached the age of 18.
By contrast, “they will fly off,” according to the statement mentioned by senior socialist officials in the intercepts published by the German newspaper “Bild”.
But there is a category of public officials who are in the dilemma of how they will behave in the June 30 elections. They are judges and prosecutors, who, as a rule, do not have and should have no relation to political formations.
But this only works in principle, because the “Renaissance” through its scales has every chance to see who will obey her will to conduct one-color balloting.
By veting as a form of pressure on judges and prosecutors, the “Renaissance” will most likely persuade justice officials to “shake their vote” in the respective boxes.
The justice system in Albania, up to the launch of the Vetting process, had a total of about 730 judges and prosecutors. During the 18 months that the reevaluation process is underway, at least one degree in Vetting has passed about 110 judges and prosecutors, of whom about 50% of them have been dismissed.
Statistics show that the overwhelming majority of judges and prosecutors in the Republic expect to face Vetting’s structures, which have applied multiple standards and in the interest of the ruling party.
In this way, judges and prosecutors who have not yet held hearings, despite their conviction, will be forced to appear at the mono-party polls next Sunday.
Following the standard being applied to public administration employees, judges and prosecutors who will vote will also be forced to encourage their family members to “shake the vote”.
It does not matter how they will vote for a single candidate in most of the Municipalities, or will cast a vote. For “Renaissance”, participation is important, as the count and the score have it in their hands.
Therefore, the Socialist Party needs much to participate in the voting of judges and prosecutors to “legitimize” a totally irregular process. If justice officials do not appear Sunday at polling stations, most probably Ulsirat, Ballat, Ermonelat, and others like them will convey the favorite rebirth message – “will fly from work … via Vetting.”
