Senior “Renaissance” officials have a striking hand to spend overwhelming amounts of public money to cure their image.
The project, which has been applied for years by the head-reindeer Edi Rama, has been borrowed from all the socialist officials who have taken important leading positions.
Laert Duraj, the Albanian Post Director, has recently decided to spend around $ 200,000 to improve the image of the institution.
“Albanian Post” has announced a tender for “Acquisition of a digitized system for customers and improvement of image out of branch offices”. The fund foreseen by the Albanian Post for the realization of this tender is exactly 19.940.000 lekë.
Based on the official announcement of the Albanian Post, companies are expected to submit their bids until March 25, 2019.
The nearly $ 200,000 expense for Post’s image is expected to be realized in a 2-month period.
“Albanian Post” is a public company, which is funded by the tariffs that it sets for the service it offers to Albanian citizens.
Part of these revenues, as noted by the tender procedure, recently published, goes for luxury spending, such as improving the image of the institution.
Director of “Albanian Post”, Laert Duraj, is one of the highest officials of the Socialist Party. He was elected a few months ago Secretary of Emigration in the party headed by Edi Rama.
