A newspaper has managed to gain the mega-store of OSHEE, which has to do with the identification of all subscribers.
Boldnews.al has provided the winner notice form, where details are given to the winners. However, what appears in this tender is that everything has been predetermined. Thus, the winners of this procurement were announced, not one, but three signatures. They are united and, consequently, have also shared the money.
Meanwhile, the fourth firm has only formally participated in this procurement, after submitting a “white check” to the members of the bids evaluation commission.
In these documents it is stated that the winners of the “CSI Piemonte” operators, with headquarters in Corso, Turin, Italy, have been announced; Datech sh.pk with residence in Rr. Myslym Shyri, Tirana and … Key sh.pk, headquartered in Kavaja Street, Tirana.
These three companies have agreed to identify the subscribers of OSHEE with a fund of 856,000,000 new lek, close to 7 million USD, with a contract term of 6 months, from the date of the conclusion of the contract.
Meanwhile, in these documents available to Boldnews.al it is stated that the company “Fastech” sh.pk with no. J 81609010 U did not submit an offer, which has caused doubts that the tender was predetermined.
A few weeks ago, Boldnews.al published the mega-tagged documents by OSHEE, which deals with the identification of this door-to-door operator’s subscribers. According to these documents, OSHEE has asked private operators to compete to identify subscribers. Although OSHEE has all the human capacities to identify its subscribers, it has decided to grant this service “concession”, which should be the “A” of this Operator’s work.
OSHEE opened the procurement object that deals with “identification and population of the address for every citizen in the field (door to door) as well as update of customer data of OSHEE sh.a”. It is learned that the fund for this tender is worth 7 million USD, while the source of funding is the revenues of OSHEE and the state budget. The purpose of the project is to combine the updating of the data of RKGJC, RKA with the updating of OSHEE Customers data.
It is learned that they will be verified and registered in any dwelling of the customers residing in it or owned, while simultaneously registering them at the address where they reside. At the end of this process will know exactly who the customer resides where. Accuracy of OSHEE customer data will be established in order to establish a regular contractual relationship in the service of the parties: customer and supplier by providing geo-referencing of customer positioning in information systems, identification of the system measurement, their seniority.
