The welcome gift of the new citizens of Tirana will be given only to the “Rilindja” babies. Thus, only newborns after 2015 will benefit from the Municipality of Tirana the 5,000 ALL bonus. There are thousands of children from mid-2012 to 2015 who should receive this gift from the Municipality of Tirana.

Meanwhile, for babies after this date, ie babies born in June 2012, 2013, 2014 until November 2015, will not be paid; this is a decision taken by the Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, who denies this right to thousands of children, only because they were born at the time Tirana was headed by former mayor Basha.
