Public Commissioner confirms ONM complaint to Durres Prosecutor Anita Jella.
The International Monitoring Operation has submitted to the Public Commissioners the recommendation to appeal the KPK’s decision on the affirmative confirmation of the Chief Prosecutor at the Court of First Instance, Durres, Anita Jella. The recommendation to appeal to the Special Appeals Panel was made for all three reassessment criterias, requiring her dismissal, explains IKP.
In a statement, it is announced that the Public Commissioners are simultaneously reviewing the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission and recommending the International Monitoring Operation.
