After a few days of interruption, the Vetting process for judges and prosecutors has resumed.
This morning a hearing is underway at the Independent Qualification Commission on the subject of reassessment Doloreza Musabelliu.
The panel at the Independent Qualification Commission reviewing the case consists of Alma Faskaj, Pamela Qirko and Firdes Shuli.
Musabelliu, a prosecutor at the Serious Crimes Prosecutor’s Office, along with Elizabeth Imeraj, Anton Martin, and Anita Jellan, are the four candidates for the SPAK who have not yet passed the vetting.
