Roskovec’s Socialist Mayor, Majlinda Bufi, declared a fortune of ALL 1.2 billion and 200 million households in cash, plus immovable property. Majlinda Bufi has been the mayor of the Municipality of Roskovec since the June 2015 elections. Bufi was formerly a deputy of the Socialist Party but renounced the mandate to run the city from her.
A month after she received the mandate as deputy of the Albanian Parliament in 2013, she submitted her property declaration and other family members. In the documents provided by Newsbomb.al, also published by “Open Spending Albania”, it turns out that the wealth of Roskovec’s mayor’s family reaches crazy figures.
126 942 943 ALL is the ‘cash’ and real estate of Majlinda Bufi and her family, as well as 782 620 euros of other immovable property. According to Mrs. Bufi’s statement, most of this property was settled by emigration, but without specifying what the job is about.
The statement also impresses the “cash” figure that Majlinda Bufi has at home, full of 20,000,000 lekë. Most of the properties of the mayor Bufi are located in Roskovec, the city that she leads.
