Although there is a court decision for the under seizure of the Hotel “Vollga” where one of the shareholders is EmiljanoShullazi, the police have not yet implemented this decision.
In the photos published by Boldnews.al it is clear that the Police has not carried out any discernible actions that show the application of the Court of Durres.
No tape has been placed to surround the building under seizure.
A day earlier Boldnews.al published the arguments of the Durres Prosecutor’s Office on the seizure of the former hotel “Volga”, part of which was “donated” by EmiljanoShullazi, arrested on suspicion of fines and some other serious criminal offenses .
In the prosecution’s arguments submitted before the court, the violations listed below are ascertained:
– Illegality in actions carried out on ownership changes, where it is noticed that even with the final court decision of 2014, the fact of the falsity of the mortgage certificate document and the notes placed on the mortgage for the property subject to the denunciation was ascertained. Also, by a court decision, the fake of the proxy document made in Thessaloniki was accepted for a citizen who claims to be a representative of the lawful property successor, AlieFortuzi.
– Illegality in the issuance of ownership certificates in 2014, at the time when the High Court has decided to suspend the execution of the Court of Appeal’s decision rendered in favor of the complainant in 2014;
– And along with the alienation of this property in 2014, – these chain actions aimed at covering the illegal actions committed for the benefit of property, through alienation actions that still show suspicions of illegality.
It is precisely these actions that create suspicions of unlawful acts that consist in the disappearance of the origin of this property and the making available of the persons with criminal precedents through the alleged “donation”, thus creating suspicions of the commission of the criminal offense provided by the article 287 and P.Code.
