The Guard’s attitude is not the first in the line of Rama’s government’s stance on the sensational issues of the previous government. The same attitude was held by the Rama government as the Berisha government and the Gërdec issue.

As in the Guardian’s position, the Ministry of Defense as a justification justifies the existence of a DCM of Berisha’s time that has repaid these damaged families, which means that according to the Ministry of Defense they were once treated with financial assistance.
It does not appear in any document, it is stated in the appeal that the Ministry of Defense has been implicated or participated in any of the contracts and the court has found the perpetrators in the criminal decision. It turns out, it is further stated that the Ministry of Defense, as a legal entity, was not found guilty of its acts and omissions.
