The Independent Qualification Commission has confirmed Deputy Prosecutor General Thoma Jano in office.
The panel consisted of Brunilda Bekteshi, Lulzim Hamitaj, Olsi Komici.
At the hearing four days ago, the commission identified some inaccuracies in the statements as well as a negative balance in the financial analysis of prosecutor’s daughter Thoma Jano and her husband.
At the end of December last year, Thoma Jano was appointed by Attorney General Olsian Cela to the post of Deputy Attorney General for the next two years.
