The Public Commissioner, within the legal deadline, appealed to the Special Appeals Panel, before the Constitutional Court, against Decision no. 173, dated 1.7.2019, of the Independent Qualification Commission, on the subject of reassessment, Artan Madani, magistrate / prosecutor, Head of Prosecution at the Court of First Instance, Kavaja.
The Public Commissioner, after reviewed the above decision of the Independent Qualification Commission and considering the recommendation made by the International Monitoring Operation to file a complaint, considers that, based on the evidence and facts administered by the Independent Qualification Commission, the reassessment subject, Artan Madani, does not meet the conditions for confirmation in office.
Through this appeal, the Public Commissioner requests the Special Appeals Panel to consider the matter in public hearing and, at the conclusion of the trial, to amend Decision no. 173, dated 1.7.2019, of the Independent Qualification Commission, deciding the dismissal of the reassessment subject, Mr. Artan Madani.
