The Public Commissioner was present today at the Special Appeals Panel, where the judicial review of the appeal against decision no. 62, dated 3.8.2018, of the Independent Qualification Commission for the subject of reassessment Artur Malaj, judge in the Administrative Court of Appeal, Tirana.
The subject of reassessment, Artur Malaj, was not present at the hearing for health reasons.
His wife submitted to the panel a medical report and the reassessment entity’s request to adjourn the scheduled hearing, to review the financial analysis and to administer the evidence deposited as a result of the judicial review.
After consulting in the deliberations chamber, the panel decided to adjourn the hearing to 3.10.2019, 10:00.
