The KPA has completed the review of the case for the KLP member, Gentian Osmani, and adjourned the hearing on 24, where the parties are expected to reach their conclusions.
At the hearing this time, the panel accepted Osman’s request to conduct a financial analysis with new evidence. Meanwhile, the public commissioner, who has requested the dismissal of a member of the KLP, changed his mind about donating 1.5 million lek to Osman’s wife’s family, which according to the latter are his wife’s contribution to her family before marriage. . In the meantime it has stood up to other objections.
The College also rejected as unfounded three denunciations made about Osman.
The former Serious Crimes Prosecutor is the second KLP member after Antoneta Sevdar to appear before the KPA.
