The Judicial Appointments Council today examined the cases of candidates withdrawn from candidacy, vacancies for the Constitutional Court, as well as cases to date, in the vetting procedure of some of the candidates for vacancies for the Constitutional Court and that of the Inspectorate High Justice.
The Justice Appointments Advisory reported that: “after reviewing the procedure followed for the candidacy verification and related acts expressing the will to withdraw from the candidacy and for the prohibition of candidacy on the basis of correspondence with HIDAAI for failure to submit timely asset declarations under law (within 15 days), has decided the Completion of the Procedure of Verification, Evaluation, Scoring and Ranking of Candidates for 5 Candidates and Prohibition of Candidacy for 5 Candidates in Existing Vacancies ”.
The list of candidates withdrawn from the nomination, for all positions, is as follows:

“Decisions to terminate the procedure of verification, evaluation, scoring and ranking of the candidacy, as well as the relevant acts of candidates for withdrawal and decisions to prohibit candidacy, shall be published reasoned on the website of the High Court,” reads the announcement of KED.
