A strange case occurred in the Guri i Zi administrative unit.
The Guri i Zi unit manager in Shkodra continues to be in office even though 5 months ago the Fiks Fare show denounced the Black Stone case where Pjerin Markus each time he left office on his behalf signed and sealed a relative.
Two of the employees who reported in front of the cameras this situation for “Fiks Fare” are no longer working. The inspection carried out by the Municipality of Shkodra was also signed by the three employees of the administrative unit Pranvera Mustafa, Adriana Marku and Valbona Marku.
Two of these employees even told “Fiks Fare” that instead of the administrator signed and stamped his cousin, who constantly threatened to get rid of them. “Fiks Fare” addressed the administrator himself, even though the latter refused to sign up to confront the firms in the relevant papers. In May of this year, the Municipality of Shkodra stated that it would take measures.
But what happens to Black Stone today?
“Fiks Fare” has gone back to this administrative unit and again we have not found the administrator in the workplace. Employee Pranvera Mustafa has informed us that two employees Adriana Marku and Valbona Mark are no longer working, and did not give us a specific time when the administrator can be returned to retake.
We addressed the Municipality of Shkodra and learned that the case is being investigated by the prosecutor, but the latter pending a decision has not taken any administrative measure. As for the two employees, Adriana Marku and Valbona Marku were transferred to the Municipality of Shkodra where they underwent testing based on Law no. 152/2013 For a Civil Servant after which one has failed to obtain the appropriate points to be part of the administration, while the other than the lack of points, did not have the required level of education.
