Prosecution investigation finalized by the suspension of Supreme Court judge Majlinda Andrea for corruption had no chance of evolving without being overturned.
The Serious Crimes Prosecution Office had been investigating for several weeks in secret some people who were trying to buy a large sum of money in a Supreme Court decision.
The investigation was carried out in complete secrecy and the facts gathered attested that the Sarandjot Ilia Çabiri and Eleni Lino, as well as the fieraku Petraq Dashi, had prepared the ground, on the basis of which they would unfairly win an area of about 40 hectares of land in Butrint .
