Parents of Elton Çiça, the victim of Sunday’s assassination in Tirana, were wounded with guns, tied with shackles, and barbarously raped during the robbery in their home in March 2015.
This tragic event seems to have left a mark on Elton Cic’s memory, which has moved all the stones to find and avenge the abusers of his parents. Two of the alleged perpetrators have been targeted by assassinations by people who have not yet been identified.
Robert Rama, whose presence in the robbery of March 2015 at the Chica family residence is proven, was killed in an assassination in June 2015 in Durres. Another suspected author, Ervis Imeri, has been the object of two failed assassinations of explosives. In one of these assassinations, his brother, Elton Imeri, was seriously injured.
After these events, still without the author, it seemed to be the turn of the other party to take revenge on Elton Cicas. He remained dead in the assassination on May 1, 2016, at De Niro, in Tirana, where he was accompanied by three other persons. “Boldnews.al” secured the police document, in which Naim Cic has testified to officers in connection with the theft of March 2015. The testimony is horrendous and appears to have sparked the revenge instinct of the little boy of the family.
Naim Cic has told police officers that he was somewhere midnight when his wife heard noise at home. She thought she was her son, Eltoni, who lived in Tirana, but those days she was in Tepelena. Even older people, without seeing who they were, called people who had come home if they wanted to eat. Andonela was taught that her son often came home, accompanied by friends and started preparing meals. But a strong hand has caught it from behind, with the intention of closing the mouth. She could summon her husband, telling her they are killing her. The old man is hit hard on his head and body, causing four broken ribs.
But according to the first document from “Boldnews.al”, Naimi was immediately raised from the bed to help his wife, but was immediately found under the three bullet hitting at the bottom of the body by an automatic weapon. She fell to the ground, unable to help her husband, whom two of the perpetrators pulled with strength and with her mouth tied to another home environment. While Naim, a third rapist tied the wounded Naim with his cuff and shot him in the head and body, asking him to tell where they had hidden the money.
Found under violent rape, Naim Cic has tried to tell the aggressors that they did not have money at home, but he did not like the aggressor, who continued to hit him until he lost feelings of beating and blood loss because of gunshot wounds.
The thieves could find 5000 euros and some jewelry at home, at the time near the house of the Çiça family, stopping a car. The aggressors thought it might be the police and they went away swiftly. In fact, the car near the apartment was a family member of the raped. After leaving the aggressors, the injured Andonela could have come out of the house and informed the driver of the car, at the same time her relative, to notify the police. Likewise, the family boy Eltoni was immediately notified, who went to the house immediately and, with the help of the police, had been able to release his father’s hands from the bonds with which Naimi was affiliated.
