Alaudin Malaj, a judge at the Tirana Court of Appeals, said the police were falsifying the evidences. Malaj made the statements on “5 Questions by Babaramo”.

Malaj brought a case where the police asked a citizen for an ID card down the palace in the late hours. In another case, he said police raped the son of a judge and his other relatives.
