The Supreme Prosecutorial Council is expected to hold a meeting Friday to set up the Special Anticorruption Prosecution, known as SPAK.
At the meeting is expected to discuss the establishment of the SPAK with the formula 8 + 2, 8 prosecutors who have passed the vetting and 2 prosecutors in command.
The meeting was scheduled to take place yesterday, but was postponed as Besnik Cani is not familiar with the materials.
The law requires that the members of the KLP should be notified 7 days in advance of the meeting.
