Astrit Haxhialushi, a judge at the Court of Appeals, has resigned from the justice system for health reasons.
Haxhialushi has previously been part of the High Council of Justice, and had not yet gone through the Vetting process.
Reportedly, Haxhialushi has submitted his resignation to the Presidency, KLGJ and has also announced the KLP.
Haxhialushi was in the vetting phase but still without a hearing date.
According to the request lodged with the High Judicial Council the motivation is to leave the system properly for health reasons.
