Boldnews.al has secured the documents of a very tender tender that the ministry EglantinaGjermeni has in hand. According to these documents, a procedure for the reconstruction of the ministry’s building has been opened with a fund of 2.2 billion ALL. Of these ALL, 830 million is the value of funding for 2016 and 1.3 billion is the value of funding for 2017. So the ministry has now begun spending the money of next year, when in fact, with these Lek, it could build some works in community service.

According to the documents, the building of the Ministry of Urban Development of the Republic of Albania is located in the center of the capital, part of the ensemble of buildings, Ministries, of the historical center of the city of Tirana. This building originally had 3 levels on the ground, while in the last 20 years it was built and the upper floor (without permission).

In addition to the depreciation that this building has on its façade, it presents problems and divisions in its interior, divided into five different institutions, according to the agencies that operate in it, but the interventions and works for division of office premises have alienated the linear scheme of the building.
