Temporary Attorney General Arta Marku plans to declassify secret documents in an attempt to justify the fact that he has engaged security attorneys to carry out their vet’s vet.

But like many other hasty actions and in violation of the law, Arta Marku has approached prosecutors who do not meet the criterion of providing a security certificate by the Classified Information Security Directorate (SCDC). Prosecutors involved in the Vetinging process face various information and materials, some of which are considered “secret”. For this reason, it is a legal obligation for them to be provided with the relevant Certificate from CISD.
Some of the new prosecutors who are dealing with Vettingun have recently applied for a security certificate, but DSIK seeks its time to achieve results. Meanwhile, Arta Mark and her prosecutors do not have time to wait, as Vetingu is in development.
To avoid this illegality, Chief Prosecutor Arta Mark is aiming to find a solution, also illegal. It has decided to declassify part of the material considered “secret” by its will. In this way, it aims to create legal facilities for new prosecutors who are not certified by CISD.
The General Prosecutor, Permanent or Temporary, has no legal right to classify or declassify secret materials. The prosecution is an institution not included in the list of agencies that takes this initiative. The law has foreseen other institutions, who decide whether or not information is classified.
But for the Chief Prosecutor, Arta Marku, this legal obstacle seems to be no problem. She has prepared a draft for how to decrypt the information, so that the actions of her new prosecutors are not considered as legal violations.
So Arta Mark is aiming, through a legal offense, to settle another legal violation, which is being consumed for 5 months.
