Arben Myzeqari is a citizen from Fier who has purchased from the Albanian state according to the laws in force an area of 460 square meters. He addressed the Ajsberg emission for his problem. The show on this Monday in Ajsberg revealed the story of this great scandal, where the state is guilty.

Together with the value of the land he paid and 74 million ALL for taxes on the account of the Municipality of Fier. According to the correspondence between the property registration office and Aluizn this property has been state-owned.
So this bill shows that the state has received 113 million ALL by selling this land to Mr. Arben Myzeqari while he did not register this area at the Immovable Property Registration Office. Then Mr. Arben made a trial that he won on both instances his right to be the legal owner of this area after having purchased this contract for a sale by the Albanian state under the law on legalization.
But even after the court proceedings were over again, his property was not registered on the Fier mortgage. Located between two fires on the one hand another citizen claiming the land purchased from him and on the other hand the state that did not complete his procedure even though he had received 113 million lek from this citizen. Under these conditions, he addressed himself to Prime Minister Rama, whom he recognized with his problem. The Prime Minister noted the case, and drew attention to local officials.
But this move seems to irritate the local officials of IPRO and Fier municipality. In February 2017, in a sudden action, the Fier municipality dismantled the building with the reasoning of clearing the area around the river.
In court proceedings and persecuted by the state and its officials, he says desperate for the situation he is going through. Under these conditions he only requires justice.
Arben Myzeqari seeks to take the money he has given to the state for the land here. Then he only thinks of getting out of this place.
