Prosecutor and member of the Supreme Prosecutorial Council, Besnik Cani, has been dismissed from the second level of vetting. The decision by the Special Appeals Panel was announced this Thursday.
At the KPA hearing, the Public Commissioner and the defense of KLP member Besnik Cani raised various claims on the parties’ right to appeal part of the KPK’s decision on professionalism. The commissioner insisted on Cani’s dismissal, while the defense on his confirmation in office.
