The eight prosecutors who will be part of the SPAK will be sworn in before the President of the Republic on December 19.
It is this decision taken by the Supreme Prosecutorial Council, among the head of the KLP Gent Ibrahimi confirmed the establishment of the Special Prosecution, SPAK with the 8 prosecuting members that were reviewed and approved at today’s meeting.

Behar Dibra, prosecutor in the Serious Crimes Prosecution

Elida Celami (Kaçkini) prosecutor at the Tirana Prosecutor’s Office
Ened Nakuçi, prosecutor in the Serious Crimes Prosecution
Enkeleda Millonai, prosecutor at the Elbasan Prosecutor’s Office
Klodian Braho, prosecutor in the Serious Crimes Prosecution
SPAK prosecutors will have a nine-year term without the right to be re-elected. Based on Law No. 96/2016 “On the Status of Judges and Prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, Article 6, paragraph 2 “Limitation of the mandate by law”, “the mandate begins on the day when the oath ceremony is held before the President of the Republic. The date of the oath shall be notified to the Council and included in the personal file ”.
