Arben Ristani, the former Secretary General of the DP, has reacted to the act taken by Arta Vorpsi, who was sworn at the notary to be the member of the Constitutional Court.
Ristani writes in a post on the web that the judge of the Constitutional Court starts his duty after swearing before the President of the Republic, Article 129 of the Constitution provides.
“When a judge swears before a public notary, the only question that makes sense is who pays the notary in this case and can the oath be paid?
I’m curious about the solemnity at the moment of payment, “writes Ristani.
