Appeal’s Judge Agim Bendo has requested to resign near the High Judicial Council. Today’s meeting of the KLGJ, among other items on the agenda, will also consider the request of Judge Agim Bendo for resignation today.
‘Review of the draft decision’ On the expiry of the status of Magistrate, Judge Agim Bendo, due to the resignation of the judge ‘prepared by the Career Development Commission’, is part of the agenda for discussion at Monday’s meeting of the High Judicial Council.
The judge’s resignation avoids confronting his with vetting.
Bendo’s name is not unknown, as he has judged important issues to public opinion. Agim Bendo has been part of the panel for “January 21st”. He was also part of the panel along with Judge Shkelqim Miri, who was sentenced for the verdict against Gentian Dodes.
Bendo has judged the case for “Revenge for Justice” and was a member of the panel in the case of the former Governor of the Bank of Albania, Ardian Fullani.
