Prosecutor Kole Hysenaj had only 15 months in the Korça Prosecutor’s Office to “fall in love” with the south-eastern city and to set up his sails there.
Hysenaj turns out to be one of Albania’s richest prosecutors and is awaiting the Wetting process. His income is based solely on his salary and the minimum wage from a coffee bar of about 30 m2, with 7-8 tables, in which customers sit for coffee, located at the Tirana Prosecutor’s Office.
But these revenues have allowed the Tirana prosecutor to make several hundred-thousand euros in wealth.
“Boldnews.al” has provided some photos, in which the property of Prosecutor Hysenaj is located, very close to the center of Korça, whose reconstructed value according to experts in the field, reaches the value of about 500 thousand euros.
But prosecutor Hysenaj says he bought the property worth 125,000 euros. In the property declaration for 2016, submitted to the Asset Declaration Inspectorate, Prosecutor Hysenaj notes that he purchased two real estate assets, totaling 125,000 euros.
The source of the acquisition of these assets, according to the self-declaration, is the income generated from some previous transactions with the land in Tirana, as well as a loan. When purchasing this property, prosecutor Hysenaj stated that he had spent all the savings generated by his salary and the income of the small premises.

As this building and its land become the property of prosecutor Kole Hysenaj, it, as a true “Hirushe”, undergoes a complete transformation. Today, Prosecutor Hysenaj’s property is one of the most beautiful in the surrounding area. Of course, the value of investing in that facility should amount to several hundred thousand euros.
But Prosecutor Hysenaj did not have any more savings to make the investment, as he had spent everything he needed to buy the property. Of course, he will have to account before Wetting for his wealth.
But even the public is interested in knowing the truth about the prosecution of this prosecutor, who, in just one and a half years in Korça, became a powerful building owner.

The building, once passed under the ownership of prosecutor Kole Hysenaj, was transformed into a “saraje”. Kole Hysenaj is one of the prosecutors who is most often accused by citizens of involvement in corruption.

Apparently, these numerous denunciations, also addressed to the Wetting Commissioners and international observers, have “forced” Kole Hysenaj to become a “subordinate” to the government.
He seems to be hoping for government “mercy” to get through Wetting without a hitch. And in return, Kole Hysenaj has decided to meet the government’s demands, as he did in the case of the “Babale” dossier, in which he indicted those who denounced involvement in the narcotics trafficking of Agron (Geron) Xhafaj, the brother of the former interior minister Fatmir Xhafaj.
