Pasi denoncoi doktoraturën e deputetes së PS, Mimi Kodheli, studenti i Spaienza-s, Vladimir Kola ka “zbërthyer’ edhe punimin shkencor të vajzës së Dhori Kules, dekani i Fakultetit të Ekonomisë.
Në një status në rrjetet sociale, publikuar nga akademiku Taulant Muka, i riu ka denoncuar me prova konkrete se doktoratura e Ditjona Kules, njëherësh pedagoge në UT është plagjiaturë.
Madje, në plagjiaturën e saj, gjenden të kopjuara dhe pa cituara literaturë në gjuhë të huaj, por edhe materiale në shqip.
Denoncimi:
Miremengjesi, Ditjona Kule, pedagoge në UT dhe vajza e Dhori Kule, Doktorature me plagjiatur.
Sharlatanet dekan/rektor, nga padija dhe babezia, shkaterrojnë te ardhmen e te gjitheve, edhe te femijeve te tyre! Ata nuk e njohin meritokracine dhe vleren akademike!
Vladimir Kola zbulon nepermjet internetit, plagjiaturen e Tezes se Doktoratures se zonjes Ditjona Kule me titull “Ndikimi i Arsimit të Lartë në Rritjen Ekonomike: Rasti i Shqipërisë”, me udheqes shkencor prof. dr. Sulo Haderi, e mbrojtur ne vitin 2015, prane Fakultetit te Ekonomise, Universiteti i Tiranes (http:/www.doktoratura.unitir.edu.al/…/doktoratura-ditjon…/…).
Eshte per t’u theksuar se ne kete Teze Doktorature gjeni kopjime, jo vetem ne anglisht te perkthyera ne shqip, por gjeni edhe tekse te kopjuara nga dokumente ne gjuhen shqipe, pa u cituar burimi orgjinal.
Gjithashtu, edhe perqindja e kopjuar, ne kete Teze Doktorature, eshte shume e larte. Me sa kam llogaritur une, eshte te pakten 1/3 e tekstit total te Tezes.
Nga ana tjeter, dua te ve ne dukje se, artikujt, tezat, raportet, etj., qe jane te kopjuar ne tekstin e Tezes se Doktoratures ne fjale, nuk jane cituar ne faqen perkatese, as nuk jane vendosur ne fund te Tezes te “literatura” e konsultuar (perveç studimit “Evidence About The Link Betëeen Education, Poverty and Terrorism Among Palestinians”, Claude Berrebi, 2003, te cilin e ka vendosur te lista e libra te konsultuar, por nuk e ka cituar). Pra, sikur te mos ishin lexuar fare si dokumente.
E ritheksoj, per çeshtje transparence, eshte e domosdoshme qe te gjitha te Tezat e Doktoratures te publikohen ne internet.
Poshte po vendos ca krahasime te teksteve dhe listen e dokumenteve (te shoqeruara me adresen e internetit ku mund t’i konsultoni dhe me faqet ku ato gjenden te kopjuara ne tekstin e Tezes) nga ku eshte kopjuar nje pjese e konsiderueshme e Tezes se Doktoratures ne fjale (meqense ka kopjime edhe ne shqip, kam bere krahasime edhe shqip-shqip):
