“My name was Ervin, but I changed it to Elvis,” Roshi says in the decriminalization form, acknowledging that he has changed his name.
This change occurred in November 2002, 14 years ago and there is also a decision of the Municipal Council of Kavaja. But the form does not give the reasons why Roshi had to change the name?
Roshi responds with “Yes” to the question of whether it has ever been in the investigation or trial by any foreign authority for committing a criminal offense.
He says he was prosecuted by the Munich Court in Germany, but surprisingly he says he does not remember why he was judged. This Court’s investigation took place in 2002. And, surprisingly, Roshit does not even remember the decision of the Munich Court in Germany regarding the criminal investigation he was tried on.
The question as to whether or not a personal security measure has been imposed on him Roshi responds with “Yes” and the decision is left in force against imprisonment.
Another question that has an interesting answer from Rama’s “Roshi” in charge of the country’s municipalities is whether it has ever been taken by the expulsion measure from a foreign state? The answer to this question by Roshi is “Yes”. He points out that the city from where he was expelled is Munich and he adds that it happened before 2002, when he also changed his name. Strangely even in this case, Rosh does not remember the reasons why he was expelled from Germany.
This is part of the answers that the newspaper could have provided from the decriminalization form that Roshi has formally submitted.
The above responses are sufficient for Rama’s Mayor’s mandate to remember very well when he has changed his name, when he was arrested, investigated, and expelled from Germany, but does not remember why all these have happened it is sufficient that his mandate be thrown into the garbage basket.
It remains for the verification institutions to undertake the other necessary and legally required steps to formalize the decision, and it takes a time of no more than two months. What will need to verify the institutions is very simple. They need to refresh Rama’s drug trafficker’s memory for reasons why he was arrested, investigated, tried and expelled from Germany before 2002, when he changed the name Ervin had, but Rama called Elvis .
Investigation
From an investigation of a newspaper made long ago it turns out that Rama’s mayor in Kavaja, Roshi results in a criminal precedent even earlier. During 1997-2000 he executed a prison sentence for drug trafficking in the Swiss state, which is not declared in the property declaration form and this remains to be verified through fingerprints after Rama’s electorate has committed crimes and various criminal offenses with false names.
The fact that SP chairman of the Municipality of Kavaja Elvis Roshi has sentenced to prison for drug trafficking from 1997-2000 confirmed official Swiss sources. His wealth is unwarranted over the years. He has a hotel and other properties, which in a normal country would not be allowed a drug trafficker even with a mayor’s mandate, but would have to be sequestered. It remains to be right in the coming days to do its job to verify all the data from Rama’s elected leader in Kavaja by buying votes with dirty drugs money.
German condemned drug addicts, head of the SP of Kavaja
Drug traffickers also run the Socialist Party in Kavaja. Alongside Elvis Rosh, who was convicted for drug trafficking in Switzerland, became mayor of Kavajë after running from Rama, another drug trafficker exponent, Gentian Daja, is Rama’s leader at the helm of the Socialist Party in the city. In addition to running Kavaja’s SP, Rama entrusted Dajas with another important post, the Tirana Regional Directorate for the road transport service. The reason why Rama has approached Gentian Dajana and even as seen in the photo that the newspaper publishes today, appears on his right arm is his dark past closely related to drug trafficking in various European countries. Gentian Daja is a person with a strong criminal precedent. He was convicted in Italy’s Caserta drug trafficking and was being sentenced to the same charge in Frankfurt, Germany. But today he is in Rama’s right arm. This is the model of Rama, the introduction of people with criminal precedent in the governing posts of the Socialist Party, and then their wearing of power by appointing them to senior public administration positions.
