The Serious Crimes Prosecution Office has registered and is conducting investigations into the criminal proceeding for the commission of criminal offenses “Shocking through intimidation or violence for the granting of property”, “Destruction of explosive property”, “Production and illegal possession of Arms and Ammunition “,” Duty to Threat “,” Narcotics Trafficking “and” Structured Criminal Group “.
According to the investigations, a group of people with high social risks previously identified as persons with different criminal backgrounds, some convicted and concretely, citizens, Emiljano Shullazi, Gilmando Dani, Blerim Shullazi etc., in cooperation with each other, the other, have been constrained by the threat to the granting of wealth, persons who are known to the well-known business of the country and specifically the citizen Xh. T. with business activity in the city of Durrës, citizen A. B., owner of several premises in the city of Durrës, as well as a representative of a foreign company, and a businessman in the fuel market.
Likewise, they are members of the criminal group leader and other persons, a group which, by organizing and acting in the form of a structured criminal group, are illegally attempting to privatize the facility called ” Sports Park “, located in the No. 05 neighborhood in the city of Durrës. This criminal group, through intimidation and physical and psychological violence, has made it possible to register the former “Hotel Volga” property, located in Durrës neighborhood No. 01. For the disposal of this property, citizen Emiljano Shullazi has exercised violence against persons who have benefited this property in a lawful manner.
At the same time, there is evidence that this group of persons in cooperation and with other persons, Albanian and foreign nationals, are organized and aim at the trafficking of narcotics in the neighboring countries and the European Union.
It also turns out that citizens, Emiliano Shullazi, Gilmando Dani, Blerim Shullazi and other unidentified persons, in January and February have threatened and exerted psychological violence against the citizen J.Z. and MP, in order to obtain and profit unfairly the property acquired by him from the purchase and concretely of an underground surface of 1200 m2 used for parking lots, at the palace situated in the place called “Sali Butku” Lusharaku “.
The perpetrators of criminal acts, acting within the framework of the structured criminal group, summoned citizens J and MP and exercised psychological violence against them for handing over the above property to the threat of their lives and their family members, where, for some reason, after a few days, the citizen JZ, from the threat of exertion, has left the country and his place is unknown.
